Project duration depends on the size and complexity of the installation. A standard residential cladding project (100–200 m²) typically takes 5–10 working days. A large commercial building facade of 500–1,000 m² typically takes 3–6 weeks. We provide a detailed project programme at the quotation stage so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes — every Alucobond Ghana installation is backed by our written quality guarantee. The guarantee covers installation workmanship and material performance. Duration varies by product and specification — typically 5 years for standard installations, up to 10 years for premium systems. Full guarantee terms are provided with every quotation.

In most cases, yes. Alucobond panels are available in over 100 standard colours plus custom RAL options. For repair or extension work, we take a colour sample from the existing installation and match it as closely as possible. Exact colour matching is not always possible for aged panels, but we can typically achieve a very close match.

Yes — we work closely with architects, quantity surveyors, main contractors and developers across Ghana. We can provide NBS-style specification clauses, material samples, technical data sheets and pricing for inclusion in tender documents. Alucobond is the original aluminium composite panel brand — manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemicals and their licensed partners. It is the most widely specified ACM panel brand in the world due to its consistent quality, wide colour range and proven performance. Many cheaper alternatives exist, but Alucobond's quality control, coating performance and fire safety credentials are unmatched. We specify Alucobond for all our projects and do not substitute cheaper alternatives.

Yes — we regularly install cladding on occupied commercial and residential buildings. We use scaffold systems that maintain building access, programme work to minimise noise and disruption, and coordinate with building managers to protect occupants. We will arrange a free site visit at a time convenient to you, take measurements and discuss your requirements. We aim to provide a detailed written quotation in Ghana Cedis within 24 hours of the site visit.

We are primarily an installation company — we supply and install. We do not supply materials only. This ensures that every installation is carried out to our quality standards and can be covered by our written guarantee.

Our standard payment terms are a deposit on order confirmation, a stage payment at materials delivery, and the balance on practical completion. We accept bank transfer, mobile money and cash. Full payment terms are set out in our quotation and contract documents.
